Age Minimum Age: Must have completed 21 years on last date of Advertisement Maximum Age: Must not have completed 48 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of application.
PH Description The candidates belonging to reserved category can apply against vacancy for Unreserved Category but the criteria will be applicable as per Unreserved Category. Only the candidates having disability of OL, BL, OA, OAL, B, LV & HH can apply for the post and in the case of disability of 40% or more and up to 100% of B, LV and HH are eligible to apply for the post. (considering the modern technology)
Essential/Desirable Qualificaiton (1) 1. A Degree in Law (Special) or Law with five years course after Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed University as a under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. (2) Posses he basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967. (3) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Experience(If any) Description Have not less than ten (10) years, (a) An Advocate enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961 or (b) An Attorney of High Court.
Any Other Conditions Note:- 1. The candidates belonging to reserved category can apply against vacancies for Unreserved Category but the criteria will be applicable as per Unreserved Category. 2. In case of non availability of Women candidates in the respective category, the post so reserved will be allotted to male candidates belonging to the same category. 3. Selection to the posts of unreserved Category and posts reserved for women candidates thereof shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in selection process and on the basis of qualifying standard prescribed by the commission keeping in view to maintain efficiency of respective cadre/service. 4.
