Age Minimum Age: Must have completed 21 years on the last date of Advertisement Maximum Age: Must not have completed 34 years on the last date of Advertisement Age will be calculated on the last date of the receipt of application.

Essential/Desirable Qualificaiton 1. A Degree of Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology subject obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; and recognized as such by the Rehabilitation Council of India. 2. Possess the basic knowledge of computer application In Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 3. Possess adequate knowledge of Guajarati or Hindi or both 4. The Candidate appointed by direct selection shall be required to get himself registered under The Rehabilitation Council of India Act-1992 before joining duty if he/she not so registered.

Any Other Conditions (1) The candidates belonging to reserved category can apply against vacancies for Unreserved Category and the criteria will be applicable as per Unreserved Category. (2) In case of non-availability of Women candidates in the respective category, the post so reserved will be allotted to male candidates belonging to the same category. (3) Selection to the posts of unreserved Category and posts reserved for women candidates thereof as well as selection to the post of reserved categories and posts reserved for women candidates thereof shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the selection process by the candidate of the respective categories and also women candidates of that category and on the basis of criteria prescribed by the commission keeping in view to maintain efficiency of respective service.
